A distinguished trial lawyer who was nationally renowned as a master teacher in trial advocacy programs for lawyers, Professor Segal directed the Law School’s mock trial competition programs and has taught at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) programs, Tel Aviv University, and at Holborn College of Law in London. Professor Segal served as counsel for Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald in the famous Green Beret murder case that was the subject of the book and movie “Fatal Vision.”
